The Miami Beach Visitor and Convention Authority, in partnership with the Greater Miami and the Beaches Hotel Association, is proud to announce the 2020 Forbes Travel Guide Hospitality Training, free for all City of Miami Beach hospitality employees.

Frontline 101 Online Training - New Learning Paths Now Available!

This online course will teach Frontline employees how to articulate the universal foundation of great service to elevate the guest experience. The lessons offered are based on the philosophy of paying attention to details in order to create the highest level of guest interaction. This course will include assessments to measure their understanding of the covered material and will be approximately 1½ hours in length. In addition to the fundamental training course, new Learning Paths have been added, customized for employee's specific tasks within an organization. A certificate will be issued upon completion of each Learning Path.

The new Learning Paths include specific training courses to include:

  • Introduction to Miami Beach Hospitality Standards (2 courses)
  • Cheers to Miami Beach - Bar & Lounge Training (3 courses)
  • Order Up! - Dining Training (3 courses)
  • The Guest Journey - Front of House Training (5 courses)
  • The Places to See & Be Seen - Pool & Beach Training (3 courses)
  • Where the Magic Happens - Back of House Training (5 courses)

This webinar is intended as a refresher for any frontline employee that has either participated in a live training or participated in a prior course. This webinar will be approximately 30 minutes in length. A certificate will be issued upon completion of the webinar.
